Making Reservations (Hotel Reservations Deadline)
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations with the Hyatt Regency Dallas no later than September 21.
Please make sure to say that you are attending the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's National Conference.
A block of rooms has been reserved for the conference; however, attendees are advised to call early to ensure getting a room at the hotel. Occasionally, rooms sell out before the cut-off date.
Attendees are responsible for all charges. Reservations must be confirmed and guaranteed with personal checks, money order or a valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Diner's Club card and an expiration number.
A deposit in the amount of one nights room rate for each of the confirmed rooms will be due from individuals 14 days after room is confirmed by Hotel. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so by 6:00 pm on the day of arrival or you will forfeit the one night's room and tax deposit.
The prices below are per room, per night. There is a 15% tax added to the room rate.

Westin City Center Hotel is located 1.14 miles from the Hyatt and is a 10 minute ride away on Dallas's light rail system (the DART), with trains running every 10 minutes. We will also provide busing between the two hotels. The room rate at the Westin ($189/night) is the same as the Hyatt rate.
